Website Terms

Effective July 24, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the RiCreate website and its project inquiry features.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that impairs service, misrepresent your identity, or use its content to violate another person’s rights.

Website information is not a project agreement

Service descriptions, prices, timelines, examples, and availability on this website are general information and invitations to discuss a project. They are not a binding offer, guarantee, or promise that a particular result, launch date, ad performance, or scope is available.

A project begins only after the parties accept a written proposal, order, statement of work, or other agreement. That project agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms. No payment is collected through the current inquiry forms.

Pricing, scope, and results

Listed prices and timelines are starting points unless expressly stated otherwise. Final deliverables, schedule, ownership, hosting, advertising spend, third-party fees, revisions, and payment terms are confirmed in the applicable project agreement.

Marketing, advertising, creative, website, and technology outcomes depend on factors outside RiCreate’s control. Examples, estimates, and projections are not guarantees of revenue, leads, rankings, traffic, conversion rates, or other results.

Inquiry handoff

The current inquiry forms prepare an email in your email application. You must review and send that message to finish the request. A prepared draft, browser event, or plan selection does not mean RiCreate received or accepted an inquiry.

Materials you submit

You represent that you have the right to submit any text, images, links, brand materials, or other content you provide. You allow RiCreate to review and use those materials only as reasonably needed to respond, prepare scope, and perform services under an applicable project agreement. That agreement defines broader project usage and ownership rights.

Intellectual property

The website’s original copy, design, code, graphics, and RiCreate branding are owned by or licensed to RiCreate and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary personal or business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, remove attribution from, or create a competing derivative of protected site content without written permission.

Third-party names, marks, tools, fonts, media, and services remain subject to their owners’ rights and licenses. Ownership and licenses for client project deliverables are defined in the applicable project agreement.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or depend on third-party email, hosting, communications, or platform services. RiCreate does not control their availability, security, content, or terms. Your use of those services is governed by the provider’s own agreement.

No professional advice

Website content is general business and marketing information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.

Disclaimers

We work to keep public information useful and current, but the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, RiCreate disclaims warranties that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, RiCreate is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Any responsibility related to paid services is governed by the applicable project agreement.

Changes and contact

We may update these website terms as the site and its features change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later website activity.
